Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If something’s not quite right, here's what you need to know. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless they are deemed faulty.

Our Signature Collection is handcrafted in our Perth studio, and each piece is made with care and intention. Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, slight variations in shape, finish, or colour are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not considered faults.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us  within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description (photos are helpful too). If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll offer you a refund, replacement, or repair.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.
